Fully portable, we can set up and operate
in an area of approximately 50'x50' and be milling in less than an hour.
Using thin kerf, narrow band technology we are removing less than 1/8th of an inch per cut.
Computer setworks can set to increments of 1/32 of an inch with
the exception of the bottom board being a minimum of 3/4 of an inch thick.
Hydraulic loading and log turning abilities makes log handling more efficient.
We can produce product to a maximum of 28 inches wide.
Our production rate of 1 inch lumber is approximately
200 to 500 board feet per hour with a 12 inch average log size.
Target specifications is within 1/32 of an inch.
We can mill logs 8' to 20' in length and up to 36 inches in diameter on the large end.
We can mill larger diameter logs with a little
extra care up to 42 inches diameter.
Support equipment (small forklift or tractor) is preferred on site
or we can provide one with additional cost.
